By accessing or using Aretify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Aretify is an AI output verification platform that evaluates AI-generated content for factual accuracy, source reliability, and ethical alignment. Aretify provides informational assessments and does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Aretify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on verification results. Aretify's assessments are informational tools, not professional advice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
